Turkish coffee, brewed the way it should be
Finely ground, simmered slowly in a cezve, served in a small cup with the grounds settled at the bottom. Turkish tea is steeped in a double kettle the same way. Both are the reason half of Bergen Boulevard comes in after lunch.
